REGISTRATION FOR THE 2013 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IS NOW OPEN

You’ve read the Guidelines and Standards. Next step: Registration!

Remember: the first twenty (20) choirs to respond to the invitation will participate, and performance order for the Preliminary Competition will be determined by postmark, so register early.

Below you’ll find a registration form. Simply print it out, complete it, and return it via mail with your deposit fee (Cheque or Money Order) payable to:

Once the application and deposit are received at the Show Choir Canada office, an email confirmation will be sent with a receipt.

Fee

Registration received before November 1, 2012
$45 (includes HST) per Show Choir Member
- Includes entrance to competition, admission to theatre and workshops

Registration received after November 1, 2012
$55 (includes HST) per Show Choir Member
- Includes entrance to competition, admission to theatre and workshops

$20 (includes HST) per Band Member
- Includes entrance to competition and admission to theatre

Directors, choreographers and support staff (to a maximum of 6) are admitted to the event free of charge.

Deposit

In order to secure a spot in the competition a school must submit registration fees (deposit) for a minimum of 12 choir members.

Out-of-town school packages

Those schools requiring travel assistance should register with Ellison Travel who will be able to customize a package (air and ground travel, hotel, meals and entertainment are available) specifically for you.

Registration Deadline

Final Choir/Band member names and balance of fees must be submitted by March 1, 2013.
